  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, slightly thawed
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) grated cheese

Directions

    Mix thawed hash browns, melted butter, salt, green pepper, chopped onion, cream of chicken soup and grated cheese.
