  • 1 large bag frozen potatoes, cubed (hash browns)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. butter

Directions

    Mix cream of chicken and sour cream; set aside.

    Pour melted butter over potatoes; pour cream of chicken mixture over potatoes and mix well. Add rest of ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
