  • 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (9 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 10 oz. sharp grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then top with 2 cups of crushed Ritz crackers and 1/2 cup melted margarine.

    Bake 1 hour at 150°.
