- 2 lb. hash browns (loose)
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. grated cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Directions

1Combine thawed hash browns and 1/2 cup melted butter in large bowl.

2Add onion, sour cream, chicken soup and cheese.

3Mix thoroughly and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4In a small bowl, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the corn flakes.

5Sprinkle corn flake mixture over the potato mixture.

6Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
