  • 1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

    Be sure hash browns are thoroughly thawed.

    Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch glass casserole at 350° for 1 hour until bubbly and brown.
