  • 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, cubed or shredded
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips (optional)

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a casserole.

    Top with crushed potato chips.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour (a little less time if shredded potatoes are used).
