  • 3 (12 oz.) frozen hash browns
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. onion
  • 2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Thaw potatoes in large bowl; pour melted butter over potatoes. Mix other ingredients; pour over potatoes.
