  • 2 lb. hash browns or Tater Tots
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. softened margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 can water
  • 2 c. Velveeta, chopped
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese together.

    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

    Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine.

    Sprinkle over potato mixture.

    Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until brown.
