- 2 lb. hash browns or Tater Tots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. softened margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup with 1/2 can water
- 2 c. Velveeta, chopped
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix potatoes, onions, sour cream, soup, margarine and cheese together.

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

3Mix cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted margarine.

4Sprinkle over potato mixture.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 350° or until brown.
