- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water; then add 1 package yeast.

2Put in jar with lid on. Refrigerate 3 to 5 days.

3Take out and feed the following:

43/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons instant potatoes and 1 cup warm water. Mix well; add to starter, let stand out of refrigerator 8 to 12 hours.

5Take out 1 cup to make bread and return mixture to refrigerator.

6Keep in refrigerator 3 to 5 days and feed again.
