  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. corn flakes

    Thaw potatoes in 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix with other ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
