  • 20 oz. pkg. Simply Potatoes hash brown shreds
  • 6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.

    Heat well on stove.

    Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture.

    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
