- 20 oz. pkg. Simply Potatoes hash brown shreds
- 6 oz. cooked ham, cubed
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 c.)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine all ingredients except potatoes and ham, reserving 1/2 cup cheese for topping.

3Heat well on stove.

4Fold potatoes and ham into spinach mixture.

5Place in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
