- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Mix hash browns, soup, sour cream, onion, 1 stick margarine, cheese, salt and pepper thoroughly.

2Place into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Mix corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted margarine. Spread over potato mixture.

4Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
