  • 5 lb. bag red potatoes
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 3 Tbsp. flour (to thicken)
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Boil potatoes in jackets until cooked.

    Peel and rinse.

    Cut into quarters or smaller if preferred.

    Place in casserole dish.
