- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- chopped onion
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 4 c. cornflakes
Directions

1Mix together the potatoes, onion, cheeses, soup, salt and pepper.

2Place in casserole.

3Mix crushed cornflakes and butter together and spread on top of casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
