  • 1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. cornflakes

Directions

    Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup of butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.

    Crush cornflakes and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
