  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 can water
  • 10 oz. bag grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes

Directions

    Mix soup and water.

    Blend with hash browns, butter, sour cream, onions and Cheddar cheese in large bowl with salt and pepper.

    Top with crushed cornflakes.

    Bake in 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 1/4 hours at 350°, uncovered.
