  • 6 large white potatoes
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. sweet milk
  • 2 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. green onions and tops
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil potatoes in jackets, chill overnight, and shred.

    Combine shredded potatoes and other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Can be divided and frozen for later use. Divide this before it is cooked. If you divide, cook half only 30 minutes.
