- 1 Tbsp. red wine
- 6 drumsticks
- 1 oz. ginger
- 1 bud garlic
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 to 3 c. water
- 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
Directions

1Skin the chicken.

2Remove the meat from the bones.

3Cut meat into chunks (4 to 5 chunks from each leg).

4Remove skin from each ginger.

5Cut ginger into 4 to 5 slices.

6Press 4 to 5 cloves of garlic flat.

7Mix garlic, oil and ginger.

8Deep fry for about 5 seconds on medium heat.

9Add chicken and bones to vegetable mix. Continue frying on medium heat for 10 seconds.

10Turn to high heat. Add wine.

11Saute for 5 seconds.

12Add water.

13Heat until water boils.

14Turn heat to low for 8 minutes.

15Add salt, soy sauce and potatoes.

16Cook for 20 minutes.

17Remove bones.

18Serve.
