  • 8 cups diced potatoes
  • 13 cup chopped onion
  • 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
  • 12 lb bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
  • chives, for garnish

Directions

    In a crock pot, combine the first five ingredients.

    Cover and cook on low for 8 to ten hours or until potatoes are tender.
