- 1 can whole potatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped green onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Mash enough potatoes to equal 1/2 cup, then dice remaining potatoes; set both aside.

2In medium saucepan, melt butter; add green onions and fry 1 minute.

3Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.

4Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened.

5Stir in potatoes and corn.

6Cook 6 minutes until thick.
