- 12 lb potato, unpeeled and quartered
- water, for boiling
- 1 12 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
- vegetable oil cooking spray
Directions

1Cook potatoes until tender, drain water.

2Transfer potatoes to a large bowl.

3Add canola oil, flour, salt and pepper.

4Mix well with a potato masher.

5Add oats and stir.

6Compress mixture with hands.

7Place in a 9-inch pieplate coated with cooking spray.

8Press mixture in bottom and up the sides of the pieplate.

9Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes.
