  • 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheese
  • 1 c. diced cooked ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

    Step 1: Pat hash browns with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Brush with butter. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven. Reduce oven heat to 350°.
