  • 2 lb. shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 3/4 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. potato chips (for topping)
  • 1 (6 oz.) sour cream

Directions

    Thaw potatoes and mix together with other ingredients.

    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 375° for 1 hour.
