- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 5 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- salt to taste
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Boil potatoes until soft and mash until real soft.

2Add shortening and 1 cup sugar.

3Beat eggs until light, then add 1 cup sugar,

5Mix well and add enough flour to roll out and cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in deep
