  • 3 medium potatoes (unpeeled)
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. seasoned coating mix (i.e., beef stew, taco mix)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
  • salt

Directions

    Cut potatoes lengthwise into eighths.

    Mix water and pepper sauce in shallow plate; dip strip into water, moisten on all sides.

    Combine coating mix and cheese in plastic bag and shake strips to coat well.

    Place on foil-lined baking sheet, sprayed with Pam and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 425°.

    Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
