  • 2 slices bacon
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 6 c. raw diced potatoes
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. frankfurters, cut up

    Fry bacon until crisp, crumble, add onion, cook until tender and golden.
