  • 2 c. grated yellow squash
  • 18 oz. pkg. corn bread mix or 2 Jiffy mixes
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine

Directions

    Beat eggs and milk.

    Add meal, cottage cheese and squash. Pour into well greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Drizzle with margarine. Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes.
