- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
- 7 to 8 medium potatoes
- 1 large egg
- 1 large onion
- butter or margarine
Directions

1Cook noodles in salted water and 1 tablespoon of oil.

2Keep in warm water until needed.

3Cook potatoes and mash.

4Add cottage cheese, egg and salt to taste.

5Beat together.

6Layer noodles and potato mixture in greased pan, starting with noodles, until all are used up.

7Dice onion and saute in butter until soft.

8Pour over lasagna.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes until hot.

10Cover with foil while baking.
