- 1 whole Egg
- 200 milliliters Dairy Free Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar
- 15 grams Dairy Free Spread
- 4 slices Gluten Free Bread
- 3 Tablespoons Pitted Cherries
- 2 Tablespoons Dairy Free Chocolate Chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Grease ramekins or large coffee mugs.

2Whisk egg, cream and caster sugar.

3Butter bread slices and cut into small pieces. Place half the bread in the base of the ramekins, butter side up. Top with half the cherries and chocolate chips.

4Add remaining bread, cherries and chocolate chips. Pour in egg mixture and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

5Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
