Cherry Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding

  • 1 whole Egg
  • 200 milliliters Dairy Free Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Caster Sugar
  • 15 grams Dairy Free Spread
  • 4 slices Gluten Free Bread
  • 3 Tablespoons Pitted Cherries
  • 2 Tablespoons Dairy Free Chocolate Chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F). Grease ramekins or large coffee mugs.

    Whisk egg, cream and caster sugar.

    Butter bread slices and cut into small pieces. Place half the bread in the base of the ramekins, butter side up. Top with half the cherries and chocolate chips.

    Add remaining bread, cherries and chocolate chips. Pour in egg mixture and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

    Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
