  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions

Directions

    Cook the potatoes and mash.

    Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Put mixture into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Bake at 400° for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
