- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Directions

1Cook the potatoes and mash.

2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Put mixture into a well-greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

4Bake at 400° for about 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
