  • 3 to 4 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. diced ham, cooked
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Press excess moisture from potatoes and place in greased deep dish pie pan.

    Pour melted butter over and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 425°.
