- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
- 1 c. warm (not hot) water
- 1 (2-serving) pouch instant potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine yeast packet (from hot roll mix) with water.

3Add potato flakes, egg and soft butter.

4Gradually stir in flour mixture; blend well. Cover.

5Let rise in a warm place until light and doubled in size (about 45 minutes).

6Grease muffin cups.

7Shape dough into small balls; place in muffin cups.

8Let rise about 45 minutes or until light and doubled in size.

9Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

10Brush with melted butter if desired.
