  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen potato rounds
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce or 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Brown and season ground beef and diced onion.

    Add mushroom soup and soy or Worcestershire sauce.

    Place in a greased 1-quart casserole dish.

    Place potato rounds on top of ground beef mixture.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 375° oven.
