  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 c. cooked, peeled, cubed potatoes (5-6 medium)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped

Directions

    In large bowl, stir together first five ingredients until smooth.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Toss to coat well.

    Cover and chill.

    Best if sits overnight before serving.
