  • 5 lbs. potatoes, cut up
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup of Oil
  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • Dill
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

    Boil potatoes for about 10 minutes, until soft but not mushy. Cool.

    Add vinegar and oil.

    Place in refrigerator until cold.

    Add celery, onion, eggs, dill.

    Add mayonnaise to taste.

    Add salt & pepper to taste.
