Simple Pickled Beets

- 3 lbs beets (more or less)
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade, thawed
Directions

1Wash and cook beets.

2Cool and peel under running water.

3Cut into chunks or slices or if the beets are small, leave whole.

4Pour undiluted lemonade over beets and stir to coat.

5Let sit in refrigerator at least overnight, preferably for 3-4 days.

6Serve cold.
