- 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 pt. milk
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 3 c. water
- 1 medium chopped onion
Directions

1Cook diced potatoes and bay leaves in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

2Add salt, pepper and vinegar; stir well.

3Remove from heat, add gravy mixture and mix well.

4Return to heat and bring to a boil.

5Saute onions in a little shortening and stir into soup.
