- 4 to 5 large Idaho potatoes
- 1/8 lb. butter
- 1 pkg. leek soup mix
- 1 pt. light cream
Directions

1Peel and cube potatoes.

2Boil until soft.

3Drain, but do not throw water away.

4Mash potatoes and butter.

5Slowly add water (not too much) and heat, stirring all the time.

6Mix leek soup mix with water and add to potatoes.

7Heat and stir all the time.

8Keep stirring and add 1/2 the cream.
