- 4 large baked potatoes
- 12 slices bacon
- 2/3 c. margarine
- 2/3 c. flour
- 6 c. milk
- 5 or 6 green onions
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 16 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Bake potatoes and cool.

2Cook bacon (crisp).

3In heavy pot melt margarine; add flour.

4Add milk and cook 5 to 6 minutes to let it thicken.

5Scoop pulp out of potatoes (I chopped my potatoes).

6Add cheese and green onions; salt and pepper to taste. On very low heat add sour cream.

7When serving add chopped bacon and cheese.
