- 4-6 potatoes, cubed
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. Crisco or margarine
- salt/pepper to taste
- water
- 1 tsp. corn starch
Directions

1In large sauce pan, combine potatoes, onion, Crisco, salt & pepper.

2Add water to cover about 1-inch over.

3Cook on med until tender.

4Mix corn starch with 1/2 c. water, add to boiling potatoes to thicken.
