- 1 pound Red Potatoes, Quartered
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoons Dry Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoons Garlic Powder
Directions

1Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Place over medium high heat and boil for approximately 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender but not mushy. While the potatoes are boiling, whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Drain the potatoes and place in a meduim serving bowl. Pour butter/herb mixture over potatoes and gently toss to coat well.
