  • 10 or 12 potatoes
  • ground beef
  • 2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
  • onion (optional)

Directions

    Boil the potatoes.

    Brown the ground beef in skillet; drain excess grease off.

    Mix in potatoes after potatoes are cooked, then mix in soup and salt to taste.
