- 2-quart chicken broth
- water
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes in chicken broth; add water to cover potatoes. Cook until tender.

2Cook celery, onions and carrots in butter in skillet until tender.
