  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. water or chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender.
