- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter
- minced onion to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- celery and/or celery salt to taste
Directions

1Cover potatoes with water and cook until tender.

2Add milk and spices and simmer.

3About 30 minutes before you want to serve the soup, add the stick of butter.
