- 2 qt. chicken broth
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- paprika
- 2 c. potatoes
- 1 c. onions
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Dice vegetables.

2Cover with chicken stock.

3Add seasonings. Simmer until vegetables are soft.

4Spoon vegetables into a blender and puree.

5Return to chicken broth; add 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted.

6Stir until smooth.

7Adjust seasonings to taste; bring to boil.

8Sprinkle each serving with a little shredded Cheddar cheese and paprika.

9Serves 6 to 8.
