"Whole" Lemon Pie

  • 1 whole lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. margarine

Directions

    Cut lemon in chunks and remove seeds. Place in a food processor and process until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes or until set in the middle.
