- 3 pieces celery, diced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated milk (8 oz.)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 3 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes or 2 potatoes, mashed
Directions

1Cover vegetables with water.

2When all vegetables are tender (not soft; do not drain), add celery soup, evaporated milk, butter and potatoes to thicken.

3Heat; do not boil.
