  • 3 pieces celery, diced
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk (8 oz.)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 Tbsp. instant mashed potatoes or 2 potatoes, mashed

Directions

    Cover vegetables with water.

    When all vegetables are tender (not soft; do not drain), add celery soup, evaporated milk, butter and potatoes to thicken.

    Heat; do not boil.

    Season to taste. Serves 4.
