- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Bring potatoes and onion to a boil; cook until almost done, but not mushy.

2Make up flour paste (1/4 to 1/2 cup flour).

3Add water to make smooth paste.

4Stir into potatoes.

5As it thickens, add milk until the right consistency.

6Add the butter; stir well. Salt and pepper to taste.
