- 6 slices bacon, fried and drained
- 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 3/4 c. onion
- 3 c. potatoes, cut small
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- salt to taste
- 2 soup cans of milk
Directions

1Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of bacon grease.

2Saut onions in grease and add potatoes, salt and water.

3Cook until potatoes are done.

4Add soup and milk.

5Serve with crumbled bacon on top. Makes 8 servings.
