Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, fried and drained
  • 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 3/4 c. onion
  • 3 c. potatoes, cut small
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • salt to taste
  • 2 soup cans of milk

Directions

    Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of bacon grease.

    Saut onions in grease and add potatoes, salt and water.

    Cook until potatoes are done.

    Add soup and milk.

    Serve with crumbled bacon on top. Makes 8 servings.
